Reporting to the Managing Director, the Project Managers primary responsibility will be client and departmental data management and analysis. The Project Managers goal is to effectively utilize and report data to drive business decisions and identify trends. He/she will be responsible for data analysis and dashboard development, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with deliverables, and management of client accounts. He/she will be responsible for project management, both client and internal projects and maintaining positive client relationships through effective customer relationship management.


Coordinates development of client project plans, aligned to client business strategies and internal resources and priorities, to ensure initiatives are met in a timely manner and within a prescribed budget.
Provides support the client project team by organizing meeting objectives, recording minutes and structuring client deliverables and responses.
Coordinates effort with informatics, marketing, finance, management and physician staff to manage ad hoc and on-going projects and for periodic departmental and client based milestone reports.
Develops and distributes monthly reports detailing the financial status of assigned projects and/or programs

Provides a common, known, and trusted interface to clients and day-to-day management of client relationships by acting a conduit to the internal team.
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of products and services and works with sales lead to develop and deliver sales proposals.
Liaises with finance team to create business summary reports for current and prospective clients and issue monthly invoices.

* Develops and maintains a client contract tracking system to ensure compliance and timely renewal.

* Performs special projects as determined by the Managing Director.

Acquires, analyzes, interprets and reports volume and productivity data to support a range of efforts, including the physician incentive program, client site management and client/ departmental dashboard development.
Maintains various databases and is accountable for the timely and accurate production of routine monitoring reports as well as special projects. This requires experience working with healthcare administrative databases, along with creativity and initiative to evolve the data reporting systems.
Understands the data/information quality principles in medical data management and assists in training to support the ongoing development of analytic competencies of the business development group.
Works independently and effectively with colleagues/clients at all levels to analyze the purpose of their requests and provide suggestions so that resulting reports meet the need without requiring rework.
Provides focused analysis of identifying areas of strength and weakness in performance as directed by senior level managers
Ensures data integrity, maintains data archive (and back-up) and creates documentation for regular and ad hoc reports to facilitate report replication and maintains library of departmental data reports
Works with the Imaging Informatics team to determine the most appropriate way to store, maintain and present data securely, accurately and cost effectively.
Leads, supports or coordinates special projects as assigned


Proven track record with outstanding record of achievement in data analysis, project management and client relations - PMP and/or LEAN certification a plus
Bachelor's degree
3 years of relevant work experience in the medical field.

Particularly analytically minded with a strong focus on detail and committed to quality deliverables
Understanding of healthcare information systems and exam data
Demonstrated initiative and ability to organize, meet strict deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to facilitate a meeting

Well-experienced with Microsoft suite of products
Expert level skills in Excel
Passionate about health care, customer focused, and a team player.
Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of organization
Ability to work successfully within small, unstructured teams
Ability to work in an innovative, energetic and fast paced work environment is a must.
Ability to travel domestically and abroad
