li Advanced training and experience in industry standards and best practices in ANY or all of the following: /li ul
li Project Management and Rapid Implementations (PMI and/or Agile) /li li Quality Management (ISO/ASQ/Lean/Kaizen) /li li Operational Management (Six Sigma) /li /ul
li Proven success at rapidly leading high priority and/or highly sensitive projects (sample work required) /li /ul
li Master's degree or equivalent and 10-12 years of experience /li li Must have 3 years of analytics/business intelligence experience, ideally working with business intelligence software (such as Netezza, Oracle, SAAS) Business and IT experience /li li PMP Required or demonstrable relevant experience including formal training on project management (minimum 10 years) /li li Proven success at working across an enterprise (5,000 employees and greater), and within all levels of an organization /li li Demonstrated strengths at thriving in highly ambiguous and evolving environments, as well as high profile, urgent situations /li li Makes presentations to various levels of management, depending on the level /li li Knowledge of best-practices and subject matter expert in developing and implementing company-wide, organizational development or process improvement programs /li li Demonstrated experience in cross-functional, cross-disciplinary project management/project leadership on large-scale corporate/enterprise-wide projects /li li Required - High/Significant (3-5 yrs) proficiency required in MS Project, Planview, Clarity or similar project management tool /li li Strong negotiation skills and ability to successfully interact with all levels of management /li li Demonstrated experience collaborating and negotiating with managers and executives /li li Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring and guiding employees in areas related to organizational development and process improvement /li li 4 years of experience managing professional staff members /li /ul
