JOB DESCRIPTION

IT PROJECT MANAGER with experience delivering software solutions. This role will manage the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle for enhancements to consumer banking systems (i.e., Cash Advance and Credit Care Processing) and include vendor management, working with enterprise QA, ensuring operations, infrastructure and security requirements are met as well as partnering with the business to facilitate a success deployment of the solution. The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Establishing project scope, goals, timelines and constraints
* Partnering with the business to define the deployment plan and strategy
* Managing the deployment process and supporting the business acceptance and training needs
* Managing vendor/3rd party relationships including ongoing support
* Developing detailed project plan, schedule and resource assignments
* Reporting overall project status
* Resolving project impacting issues
* Facilitating interactions between the business teams and the IT project team
* Managing the project budget and project resources

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering IT software solutions (someone who can effectively manage competing priorities, delegate tasks, and manage project activities with strong interpersonal skills and structured approach)
* Experience working closing with business stakeholders to understand business drivers and manage business expectations
* Understanding and experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
* Ability to present to groups and executives
* Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and motivation during successful projects
* Ability to assess changes to existing projects based on new business requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience with iterative software development methodologies (Agile and Continuous Delivery)
