Job Description
STRUCTURAL / PULLMAN collaborates with clients to improve infrastructure by combining our award-winning specialty construction, repair and maintenance services with our proprietary technologies to provide innovative solutions for demanding engineering and construction challenges. We are recruiting for an experienced, hands-on, Construction Project Manager for our office in the Greater Philadelphia area (office is located in Thorofare, NJ approximately 20 miles outside of Philadelphia). Our Project Managers are responsible for generating innovative repair solutions, providing strong field management, negotiating contracts and material purchases, scheduling, and managing subcontractors & equipment. Our Project Managers are also involved in the estimating process and maintain responsibility for the profitability and safety of projects. We also rely on our Project Managers to develop new and maintain strong customer relationships.Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field of study
- 7+ years of construction related experience with at least 5+ of those years in a project management role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial concrete restoration, masonry repair, and/or building envelope repair projects
- Previous profit and loss responsibility over multiple projects in excess of $1 million
- Experience managing projects with urban site conditions and high rise structure access
- Leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others
- Capable of supervising multiple projects, field leaders (superintendents/foreman), subcontractors, and self-performing field employees
