JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage day to day interactions with clients and sponsors
* Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, and collaborating with offshore team(s) for development and testing.
* Develop and maintain contract with decision makers at key clients;
* May be required to organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
* Actively participate in recruitment and retention activities;
* Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local office

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
* At least 2 years of experience managing large technology engagements or operations groups
* At least 2 years of experience managing cost, schedule and performance for SDLC deployment or application management project
* A solid understanding and delivery experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle
* Experience in implementing large-scale custom application development and/or systems integration projects in one or more phases of the software development lifecycle
* Experience working with offshore team who support development and testing
* Experience meeting with business owners and performing system analysis
* Experience creating project charters and/or statement of work
* Experience working with business users to elicit requirements, writing functional and technical specifications
* Experience in recognizing business problems and recommending/developing solutions
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments for projects and internal operations
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
* Project management experience preferably with a PMP
