This position is an opportunity to fill a foundational role within our organization, but make a large impact. This role supports a growing team of Project Resource Managers in the planning and implementing of all resource and financial efforts associated with design and development training projects.
Interfaces with senior management, project team members, and clients to support ongoing project resource demands and project/account financial management.
Interacts with our corporate finance team to establish and fulfill appropriate project financial requirements.
Manages administrative functions of resource management process as needed. This includes but is not limited to:
Supporting Resource Managers and Directors requests around resourcing, budgeting and reporting
Collaborating with internal team members around resource capacity/capabilities, utilization and skills development opportunities
Maintains detailed budgets and financials within the appropriate project management tools
Manages project set up, adjustments, and close out
Interfaces with staff and clients as required in order to assist in tracking project costs to budget, projecting progress to schedule, and preparing cost to completion reports.
Supports requisitioning, invoicing, and other financial tasks.
Coordinates internal project review meetings and act as project information source.
Makes process improvement recommendations.
Project coordination or project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience collaborating with a large team and communicating to multiple levels
Pragmatic, well organized, efficient and strong attention to detail
Education: Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent
Experience: 1 Year
3 years relevant business experience, but highly qualified new graduates will be considered
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a bonus
Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
Mindset for continuous improvement, efficiency and productivity
Conceptual thinking abilities (vision, problem solving)
Comfortable with systems technologies, tools and supporting processes
Required Travel: Less than 10%
