Qualifications: Talent Management seeks a savvy and resourceful Project Specialist to join our Recruitment team. The changing nature of our business compels us to drive a more forward-thinking strategic approach to recruitment. The Project Specialist is essential to execute our efforts. The Project Specialist will assume the role of engagement leader to manage and advance the company s talent acquisition strategy and processes, including developing and implementing initiatives to source qualified, diverse candidates to meet enterprise-wide talent needs.

Core Qualifications:

* Bachelor s degree required

* Minimum of 6 years professional relevant work experience of which 3 years related to project/program management, creating communications for impact

* Strong relationship-building and team collaboration skills

* Impeccable written & oral communication skills

* Demonstrated experience delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes and expertise

* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required)

* Demonstrated ability to identify trends, perform follow-up analysis, and prepare visualizations

* Analytical and creative problem skills to respond to and manage unexpected needs and concerns

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master s Degree is a plus

* Knowledge of recruiting and sourcing techniques, federal selection guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices is a plus

Responsibilities: 1. Lead Talent Management efforts to expand our strategic partnerships, identifying and establishing new partnerships from the ground up to meet evolving business needs and strategic priorities

2. Collaborate with customers to understand needs and objectives to strategize on methods to build talent pipelines

3. Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent to include cost effective sourcing solutions aligned with customer s immediate and forecasted hiring needs

4. Lead engagements between Talent Advisors and strategic partners to advance, plan and manage recruiting events with partners including community colleges, and veteran and disability serving organizations

5. Develop and execute a plan for using Social Media digital platforms to market career opportunities

6. Develop metrics and reporting to drive continued process and strategy improvement and to measure strategic partnerships for effectiveness

7. Participate in talent pipeline review and workforce planning discussions with stakeholders to leverage sourcing opportunities and identify areas of opportunity

Possess a valid driver s license
* Able and willing to travel within and outside of Company service territories as needed

* Able to participate in the Company s emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
