This position will support the Center for Population Healths development and implementation of training and education activities for administrative staff, physicians and other healthcare providers. This person will work on central activities and projects designed to further the Centers strategies and to accomplish its goals.
Principal Responsibilities
Support and manage the development and implementation of the Center for Population Health Management education and training activities, this includes project management of assigned activities, communication and outreach to faculty and attendees, coordination of evaluations and venue logistics. This individual will be on-site for events.
Manage registration process and logistics for key training components that are part of the departments central services as assigned, may include iCMP and Behavioral Health training programs, quality initiatives, specialty programs, practice redesign workshops, Lean Collaborative, PCMH campaigns, AMC and Community Retreats, Leadership Summit, and other ad hoc programs as assigned
Management of CME, nursing and other credits for activities developed by the Center.
Address external and internal questions related to the departments central services.
Draft survey questionnaires, using online applications, for assessment of central programs
BS/BA Required
At least 3 years experience in supporting and managing the development and implementation of education and training activities
Experience in developing and managing healthcare-related education and training activities is preferred.
Project Management experience with multiple projects
Skills Required
Strong Project management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work collaboratively across Partners entities
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Position is Needham, moving to Assembly Row in Somerville in December, 2016.
