Well established, locally owned energy company seeking a Propane Sales / Business Development to join our team! You will help develop residential, commercial and industrial propane accounts in King and Snohomish Counties. Responsibilities:Plan and organize daily sales activitiesTrack monthly results and trends for business forecastingEstablish sales goals and metricsWork with manager to develop strategies and tactics to meet goalsResolve escalated customer complaints Accurately and consistently follow up with all leads and customer communication Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsStrong self motivation habitsExcellent written and communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM platforms or related software
