Job DescriptionRyan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Property Assistant in Tucson, AZ! We are seeking a motivated individual to provide administrative support to real estate management operations. The candidate will communicate with property vendors; prepare monthly reporting packages and process a high volume of invoices with accuracy; help with monthly rent collections; assist with budgeting; prepare contracts; track and maintain certificates of insurance; handle tenant requests and work on special projects. Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills, accurate data entry capabilities and numerical aptitude, along with communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent understanding and skills in Word, Power Point and Excel and attention to detail is a must, along with a minimum of 2+ years strong administrative experience in real estate management. Candidate must be adept at learning new computer programs and must be flexible and able to work in a team environment with extended hours as necessary. This assignment will require some travel between two sites.Eligibility
