JOB DESCRIPTIONHigh school graduate with five to eight years professional experience or Associates degree in a financial or business discipline plus 3 to 5 years professional experience Experience with analysis and generating reports desired Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to creating pivot tables charts and graphs Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearance. Relocation is not available for this positon.
Monitor and maintain property records in asset management application. Research and provide corrective solutions to various property issues. Participate in annual physical inventory of company assets. Prepare statistical reports on inventory balances prices and shortages. Assists in the internal and external audits of property function at Draper. Coordinates the subcontract property reports. Manages the sales of both Draper owned and Sponsor (Government or Commercial) owned items. Perform other duties such as data entry answering phone calls and assisting customers. Other duties as assigned by Property Supervisor. Monitor daily customer shipments and completes reports for them as needed. Maintains current knowledge of software or hardware and integrates according to changing business needs. Works jointly with Information Technology to identify department requirements as needed which contribute to the overall efficiency of the department. May assist in implementing new Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements to ensure the department maintains audit compliance. Works with end users to ensure data accuracy throughout the life cycle of the item.
