Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP) develops, acquires, manages, operates and owns Class A office properties with locations in Boston, Washington DC, Midtown Manhattan, San Francisco and New Jersey.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Property Management team working in our Boston Region. The successful candidate will assist Property Management with the day to day operations and tenant relations of an assigned property or portfolio through the coordination of tenant requests and administration of maintenance services while serving as the primary daily contact for tenant services.

The successful candidate will possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required. BA/BS preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of previous customer service experience preferred. Prior administrative experience and experience in property and real estate management highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs to include Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently, and set priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work beyond the regular work schedule.
