Dewberry is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator for proposal efforts based in their Raleigh office. This position requires a marketing background in the A/E businesses.The Proposal Coordinator will work in tandem with the Business Unit Manager to facilitate go/no-go decisions, manage the proposal process, and develop proposal responses.
Responsible for a variety of proposal types including state and local proposals, SF330's, design-build proposals, technical proposals, qualification packages, and preparing content for oral presentations.
Comply with our corporate standards to present a consistent appearance/style for all presentation graphics, proposals, resumes, and collateral materials.
Write supporting sales materials including project descriptions, resumes, service line overviews, and executive summaries, etc.
Support Business Development and operational personnel in market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
Manage multiple proposal efforts and teams simultaneously.
Organize marketing material for ease of use.","B.A. or B.S. in Liberal Arts or equivalent experience required.
3-5 years' experience personally producing proposals and managing proposal efforts.
Experience with federal, state/local proposal formats.
Must have MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign experience. CRM database experience is also desired.
Exceptional written and oral communications skills
Effective proposal coordination skills, including planning, organization, communication, and resource management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Must be available to work overtime as necessary in order to meet business requirements.
