Job Description

ARCADIS Malcolm Pirnie is seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Coordinator for our White Plains, NY office. This position requires a person who can work independently, must have outstanding ability to work with people at all levels, and the ability to mobilize a team to achieve project objectives. He or she must also have strong writing skills and be able to develop targeted, effective proposals and deliverables. Strong interpersonal skills are required to effectively foster and maintain relationships and meet production deadlines. The ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate with graphic artists to ensure effective graphic treatment for each project and its timely completion. The individual must also have the ability to travel occasionally and work overtime on short notice.

The selected candidate will create effective proposals and collateral material to support client service professionals in strategic initiatives, new business acquisition, and current client retention. He or she will be instrumental in the development, production, and distribution of materials to ensure quality and cost effectiveness of the finished product. Specific tasks include:

- Coordinate with senior management on pursuit targeting and
planning
- Compile and write/edit qualifications material
- Coordinate the response to client requests for proposals and
statements of qualifications
- Provide technical editing and proof reading
- Provide proposal production
- Provide system data maintenance and report creation
- Coordinate internal seminars/workshops
- and other duties as assigned. EOE.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience, and a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or Communications from an accredited four-year college or university. Strong writing and technical editing skills are a must. Candidates should have high proficiency with MS Office. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, and InDesign is a plus.
