You will be a key player in supporting divisional growth for Telgian, a leader in the Fire, Security and Life Safety Industry. We are seeking a PROPOSAL COORDINATOR to join the TELGIAN ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, (TEC) team in Wilmington, DE. The Proposal Coordinator supports Telgian through opportunity identification and proposal development from start to finish. You will handle diverse activities, from developing win themes; gathering and organizing proposal content; writing, editing, and proofreading proposals and prequalification submissions. Through tele-sales, databases and email efforts, moves Qualified Leads to Prospect status.

Proactively identifying qualified leads within specific verticals and geographic territories, establish communication with appropriate contacts to obtain opportunity data.

Setup meetings between the prospect and the Strategic Account Executive.

Maintain and add all customer information/documents, contact information and related activities in the Sales Track database.

Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ documents and develop detailed checklists, compliance and responsibility matrices

Responsible for final document editing, content review, printing, final assembly, and delivery

Enforce adherence to Telgian's branding standards, and quality and consistency of Telgian's image portrayal, in proposals and related materials

Serving as a marketing consultant by providing industry insights through up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Operate within specified budget parameters

4 year college (Bachelor's degree) in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent industry experience, Required

Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), preferred

Professional Engineer (PE) certification, preferred

5 years of general work experience, required

3 years of proposal development (government or high complexity), required

0-3 years of experience in Architecture/Consulting Engineering, preferred

Working competency in MS Office and Illustrator
