Provider Relations Representative - Provider Relations

QualCare, a successful Managed Care Organization, is currently seeking a Representative to join our Provider Relations department. Working as a Representative in our team-oriented Provider Relations department will give you the opportunity to show providers all that QualCare has to offer. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily interaction with providers and their staff to ensure coordination of activities across all areas of Provider Relations to include provider recruitment, contracting, billing, credentialing, claims; troubleshoots and resolves provider issues where they may exist across all areas; ensures and reinforces that programs are in compliance with legislation. Requirements include: Valid Driver's License;HS Diploma, BA/BS or equiv. 2-3 years managed care experience, preferably in Provider Relations; excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Access; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently.
