Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients on an on-call basis, adhering to Group Health ambulatory Nursing Care Standards, the Nursing Code of Ethics and Group Health policies. Coordinate and facilitate healthcare services for the patient in other segments of the healthcare delivery system. Provide and coordinate nursing care for the patient in collaboration with the healthcare team. The Registered Nurse is an integral member of the healthcare team, overseeing and participating in patient assessment and the formulation and implementation of the care plan.
Position is located in Olympia Medical Center with hours of Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Education
Minimum Education Requirements
Associates Degree Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
Bachelors Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Intermediate Communication, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Other Experience Ambulatory care nursing experience. Mental health nursing or case-management experience.
Minimum License/Certifications Requirements
At time of hire Current Washington State RN License.
Psychiatric Nurse certification preferred.
