Job Description:Responsible for driving sales performance of neuroscience/psychiatry products and offerings, as well as the successful execution of new product launches, and initiatives through implementation of local business strate-gies. Collaboration with cross functional team resources.
Key objectives:
* Grow current brands and launch new products, driving sales volume and growth while covering large terri-tories and establishing Novartis as a leader in the neuroscience/psychiatric community.
* Build deep understanding of customers and key stakeholders in the neuroscience/psychiatry markets including office and institutional-based physicians and other neuroscience/psychiatric centers of influence.
* Develop relationships, establish and maintain an active presence in the neuroscience/psychiatric com-munity, associated organizations and key opinion leader development.
* Identification of key stakeholders in both office and institutional based accounts to assess customer based needs.
* Work consistently within Ethics and Compliance policies and ensures those around him/her to do the same.
* Contribute towards a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harass-ment.
Major Accountabilities
- Grow sales volume, market share, and profitability to meet goals set by the regional and area leadership.
- Meet sales force productivity goals and own key customer relationships
- Participate in local business planning activities across multidisciplinary functions
