To qualify, you must have prior program management experience. In this position, you will be assisting the Program Manager and other team members with administrative functions plus performing some research and analysis. br br B Description /B : br ul
li Provide day-to-day support to the Program Managers and other team members /li li Calendar management; scheduling and arranging meetings, keeping team informed of commitments /li li Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, transportation, hotels, etc. /li li Prepare presentation slides, weekly program highlights, and communication updates /li li Track and follow up on all reports and projects to ensure deadlines are being met /li li Research and prepare briefings, presentation materials, reports and analysis using strong organizational skills /li li Perform research literature in public health program areas and report to Program Managers /li li Stay abreast of existing program content in order to contribute to new program ideas /li li Support and monitor existing grants and tracking progress by liaising between internal and external stakeholders /li /ul

li Bachelor’s degree /li li Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills /li li Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior level employees /li li Excellent organizational and time management skills /li li Terrific attention to detail /li li Effectively manage and prioritize projects simultaneously /li li Must be resourceful, pro-active, efficient, and customer service oriented /li li Protect confidential and sensitive information of the organization /li li Ability to adapt and perform under pressure /li li Strong computer skills; Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint /li li Bilingual highly preferred /li /ul
