Job Summary: Responsible for processing Accounts Payable invoices, processing Hospital mail, performing general purchasing functions, and contributing to the daily office operations. Education/Regulatory Requirements: * High school graduate or equivalent. College level courses in accounting and business preferred. * Previous acceptable experience in purchasing, inventory control and accounts payable preferred. * Previous work history that demonstrates steady attendance and punctuality is essential. * Must have a valid State of Oklahoma drivers license. Skills: * Basic computer knowledge. Proven ability to use computer keyboard required. Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software preferred. * Must pass the arithmetic and filing factors of Clerical Ability test as administered by the Human Resources Department. * Maintaining typing speed of 40 wpm required. * Ability to operate 10 key by touch preferred.
