Temporary Purchasing Clerk needed in the Brentwood area. 1+ years experience in purchasing or project management within the Hotel or Real Estate industry. Understands how to read financial report for current projects. Strong knowledge of Excel and how to write formulas and present financial information for expenditures. Understands how to create status reports on current projects. Understands how to create Purchase Orders and tracking progress of products purchased. Experience in working with outside vendors in price negations and obtaining formal bids. Reading and interpreting written proposals. Pay up to $20hr. Hours 8-5.
