We have been asked to help them fill a very important position in one of their more profitable business units. They have asked us to help them fill a Operations Manager-Logistics for their Warehouse Distribution Facility. This role will Manage logistics operations, production material procurement, production planning, inventory control and distribution. Responsible for overseeing receiving, handling, storage, assembly, picking and shipment of quality products and providing strong leadership through supervisors and team leaders.
* BSdegree MBA a Plus
* 5-10 yrs of related leadership and experience with running Warehouse/Logistics
* Strong experience managing processes and setting up best practices
* Strong communications experience
* Experienced managing 3PL
* SAP experience a plus
