Title: QA Analyst

Reports to: Director of Quality Assurance



Position Description:

As a QA Analyst you are responsible for testing features and functionality in the iWay family of products (Integration Suite, Data Quality Suite, Master Data Suite and OMNI Suite).

You provide the means and the measures for testing all aspects of the feature, both functionally and technically. You are responsible for creating test plans and executing the plan to ensure all the objectives are met and the feature or solution works as expected. You also design and deploy automated test scripts.

Minimum Education and Work Experience: College degree preferably in Computer Science or Mathematics



Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with Product Management to create a test plan

Design, manage, execute, and automate test suites for all tests in the test plan

Report on bugs and usability issues found during testing

Manage the testing with the latest in web technologies, including browsers and



Job Qualifications:

Experience using multiple operating systems Windows and/or any flavors of UNIX

Understanding of web-based applications

Experience using GUI interfaces



Required Skills:

Excellent analytical skills

Clear communicator with both written and oral skills

Ability to identify critical situations and effectively communicate them to others

Ability to creatively solve technical problems

Ability to multitask projects

Ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent interpersonal skills
