SUMMARY: As a Professional Assistant for the QA department you have a variety off duties and responsibilities. From collecting of data, in-putting data, creating charts and graphs, ordering of supplies and to assist QA's, Supervisors and Superintendent with daily tasks. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This will require multi-tasking. Difficulty of Duties: Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.

Requirements:
Education: ,,High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Computer background required. Experience: 6+ months Computer Skills:,,Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to create spreadsheets, photo charts, graphs and any other type of databases needed to analyze collected data. Input data daily into computer and filing of paperwork. Communication Skills,,:,,Read, write and speak English. Good phone and communication skills. Special Skills:Self Motivated, able to work with little direct supervision. Ordering and tracking of all supplies to meet budgets. Ability to write reports and effectively present information and respond to questionsPosition-Specific RequirementsThis position is slated for internal applicants who are currently working at this facility, therefore they will be considered first. If none of those local candidates are selected, then team members from other locations will be considered
Internal applicants must have a good attendance record (less than 8 points) and an good work record (no disciplines greater than counseling)Prefer internalapplicant have successully completed the 90 day probationary period.
