What youll do:
The QA Engineer is responsible for testing interactive marketing projects with an emphasis on HTML email. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for detail. They will work with developers, project managers, and account teams as part of a small QA group to identify, fix, and verify bugs on various projects, including email, microsites, response capture sites and more. They will also have the opportunity to help refine the QA process, build automation suites, and create new tools to ensure quality standards are met.

Collaborate on and maintain test case library
Develop, improve and execute test plans for HTML email in both desktop and mobile clients
End to end testing of website projects
Review, revise and implement QA processes to optimize test coverage and mitigate risk
Black/grey box, acceptance, integration, functional, exploratory, regression, smoke and sanity testing
Write detailed bug reports for devs, management, and clients
What you should bring to the table:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
1-3 years experience as part of a QA team
Familiarity with basic QA processes and best practices
Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android platforms
Proven ability in an agile, fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to prioritize testing and justify why something should or should not be tested
Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate with many teams
Passion for continuous quality improvement
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
