We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Product/Portfolio Manager to own our Qumulate business and all radiation therapy quality assurance products. You will be responsible for managing the Qumulate product initial commercial success; developing a SaaS release structure and feature improvements Qumulate is a linac quality assurance tool that allows clinics to visualize, store and manage their QA machine data using a modern, cloud-based application. By making the most of their QA data, physicists can avoid managing unwieldy machine data distributed between binders, Word documents, and desktop software applications. Through an easily accessible web application, clinics can create QA templates and monitor and compare their machine performance metrics with other machines performance metrics. In general this role, directs the development of company market requirements for qa products, including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace. Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Interacts with engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing products. Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Job Requirements
- Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent; Medical Physics Masters preferred
- 8 years of related experience.
- 3 years management experience or supervisory equivalent
