QA Technician I/II - Manufacturing

Teva Parenteral Medicines has an excellent opportunity for QA Technician I/II - Manufacturing. BR Responsibilities: BR BR QA Technician I, Manufacturing will monitor and perform testing on varying manufacturing processes to ensure process capability and quality of the product. BR BR Perform catching line clearance including equipment, solution, components, and label verification. BR BR Monitor process performance of fill volume, head space, seal integrity, vacuum by employing SPC techniques and in-process testing. BR BR Operate testing equipment/gages like gas chromatograph and electronic balances. BR BR Support validation and manufacturing studies including special sampling and testing. BR BR Administer samples collection for QC and stability programs. BR BR Perform visual inspection of in-process samples to control PM product contamination. BR BR Communicate quality-related observations to management and production personnel. BR BR Maintain quality assurance documentation and testing equipment supplies. BR BR Follow all TEVA safety SOPs. BR BR Travel Requirements BR BR None. BR Qualifications: BR BR 2 year AA degree in Science or Life Science field, or at least 1 year of equivalent work experience BR BR Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or Quality Assurance experience BR BR Good visual acuity and observation skills BR BR Experience with measuring tools and laboratory equipment BR BR Good written and oral communication skills BR BR Ability to handle diversity of projects BR BR Knowledge and experience with SPC or Gas Chromatography preferred. BR BR Completion of aseptic/gowning course preferred. BR BR Experience/understanding of clean room classification preferred. BR BR Shift flexibility preferred. BR BR Computer literate (Word, Excel, email, internet), familiarity with basic measuring tools (balances, calipers, etc) BR BR Knowledge and experience with SPC or Gas Chromatography and completion of aseptic techniques and gowning course. BR BR Good visual acuity and observation skills. BR BR br BR Ability to handle diversity of projects. BR BR Good written and oral communication skills BR BR Shift flexibility.
