JOB DESCRIPTIONNATURE OF WORK:
Provides administrative support to Quality Manager and various departments. Responsible for customer interface for concerns, logging of RMA's,disposition of return materials, replacement order status, etc. Compiles, prepares and/or types documents with accuracy. Proofreads Quality Assurance documents including work instructions and procedures. Handle special projects as directed.
High school diploma required. Previous experience in PCB or electronics industry preferred. Must have excellent phone and writing skills. Must be knowledgable of MS computer programs including Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities. Must be able to prioritize multiple requests and tasks. Previous experience with facility loading systems such as Oracle, Cimnet, etc. is preferred. Previous experience in an ISO environment also recommended. Must be able to perform duties with minimal errors.
