Job Description

AAA Carolinas is now hiring for a QA Analyst to service our Insurance Department.�

Responsibilities:

-Review work as assigned to measure adherence to established guidelines.� This may involve Service, Sales, Claim, Admin, and any other department/individual as assigned.
-Document workflows and procedures using Visio
-Perform Quality Reviews as assigned and effectively communicate findings to Team Leads and/or Manager.
-Use knowledge gained in analysis to prepare for new Applied Management System.
-Work with others in the department and company on the implementation of the Applied Mgmt System.
-Provide training as directed.

Requirements:

Requirements:

-High school Diploma - Four year college degree preferred
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package :

-Required - Visio, Excel, Power Point, and Word.�
-Preferred - Access, Windows XP.�


-Individual must be highly detail-oriented and analytical.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Preferred background in general insurance knowledge
-Preferred w/ NC Property and Casualty Insurance license, but not required
-Ability to identify trends and analyze data collected
-Ability to present data collected to managment in an organized manner
