This role is designed to bring their QA program into full capacity as their production increases and is maximized. br   br B The Company: /B br International manufacturing company out of Australia who focus on designing and manufacturing high speed modes of transportation. The only company of its kind in Colorado, they are tripling in growth over the next year and will be increasing their production lines and output. br This company is a work hard, play hard company, with strong work ethic and values professionals who want to build out their vision for the company and their vision for their careers. br   br B Role: /B br • As the QA Manager, you’ll be responsible for both the tactical as well as strategic planning of the QA program. br • You’ll oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the QA team and ensure the company is complying to AS9100 standards br • The QMS will be your responsibility, and you’ll support it through internal audits, development of procedures, maintenance of quality records, and training of office and production floor personnel br • You’ll work closely with manufacturing, engineering, assembly and testing, project management, administration, and purchasing—you’ll develop cohesive relationships with these departments to promote and continue the QA program within total production br   br B Your Background: /B br • You probably have your degree and at least 7 years of quality experience within Quality Assurance/Quality Control br • AS9100 or ISO9001 have been part of your experience and you’re comfortable working within these standards br • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and feel comfortable working with various levels within an organization br • MS Office proficiency br • You have an analytical mind set and enjoy working with data and statistical information br • You are adaptable, strategic, and have a proven ability to implemented new ideas br   br To apply, please visit www.ajilon.com and submit your resume to the role. br   br /span
