Manage alll facets of quality control and food sanitation in a USDA plant. Job requires a degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, or Engineerig. The client woud perfer someone with ready to eat meat or dripack meat experience. Canidates must have excellent leadership skills, demonstrate an accumen for probem solvig and Lean Mamufacturig, Six SIgma, (6s), and do what it takes attitude. Some traveling willl be necesary in this poistiom. The organization is moving quicklly to fill the open posotions crated created by growth and expansion.
