Quality Assurance Manager

Job Duties: Oversee the segregation of materials and coordinate the handling of rejected materials in all phases of operations.
Validate Production Envelopes and contents for completeness and correctness
Validate new printing plates.
Pre-production run approval
Establish internal Quality Targets and re-establish as necessary.
Render press-side assistance to ensure conformity to requirements
Assure complete area purging
Oversee material and labeling reconciliation and related documentation
Verify finish cut widths and final roll diameter after slitting
Ensure that finished product is properly labeled and prepared for shipping.
Assume other supervisory and managerial roles.

Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills
Printing background (preferred, but not required)

A high school diploma and 5+ years experience along with a resume is required.
