Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Rep.-Boca Raton, FL
Responsible for contacting customers via telephone to obtain customer information about their shopping experience. Asks pre-determined questions, records answers, resolves routine customer service problems, and builds loyalty. Works with other departments to ensure full resolution of complex problems and customer satisfaction.
