Quality Compliance Manager - Aseptic Pharmaceuticals Global leader in the development and production of sterile injectable pharmaceuticals seeks a Quality Compliance Manager to drive all operations compliance programs at the company's flagship manufacturing site in suburban St. Louis, MO. The Quality Compliance Manager will have direct supervision as a 'working manager' of 7-10 quality engineers at the plant. He or she will also:

Manage 'in-process' QA personnel

Manage specifications for raw materials, components, intermediates, analytical standards, finished products, analytical standards and in-process testing.

Act in a #2 quality position, in the absence of the site's Quality DirectorJob Requirements

Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biochemistry or engineering

10+ years experience in plant level pharmaceutical quality including quality compliance

3+ years management experience leading QA/QC teams in the manufacture of sterile injectable pharmaceutical product

Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment utilizing isolator experience preferred

Strong leadership experience and skills with a track record of developing and mentoring QA - QC teams
