If you enjoy being responsible for the maintenance of a company’s quality management system and are experienced with leading and supervising a team of inspectors in a fast paced manufacturing environment to ensure products are inspected to the highest quality standards, you could be an excellent fit! br   br /span B As the Quality Control/Inspection Manager, your responsibilities would include: /B span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' br • Management of day-to-day operations of inspection department br • Facilitation of MRB review and disposition of non-conforming product br • Engaged with manufacturing and purchasing to manage root cause analysis and corrective action response. br • Direct involvement in quality assurance audits with customers and regulatory agencies and ownership of Quality System in regards to NADCAP and AS9100 certification br • Responsible for promoting employee engagement, training and development, and delegating tasks br • Employee performance management including metric tracking of all quality activities/output br • Building of effective communication within department and externally br • Work with design engineering and manufacturing engineering to identify critical features and inspection methodologies for all products br • Development of inspection documentation and tools to ensure efficient operation of the department br   br /span B You are an ideal fit if… /B span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' br   br • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field. br • You have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a quality environment. br • You have experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment. br • You have experience in the Aerospace industry. br • You have advanced knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S and the ability to optimize inspection processes across the business. br • You are experienced in the development of quality metrics and reporting management. br • You have experience with implementing and maintain QMS systems. br • You are able to manage machining and manufacturing technical issues. br • You are knowledgeable of blueprints and proficient in Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). br • You are knowledgeable in the use of inspection tools, including micrometer, comparator, and CMM. br • You have strong knowledge of FMEA, Process Qualification and Validation, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). br • You have solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and specifically Excel for spreadshe
