JOB DESCRIPTIONSeeking experienced manufacturing engineer, process engineer or quality engineer to assure stable quality manufacturing operations and provide continuous improvement to provide technical process, equipment, product, environmental and safety support to facility manufacturing powdered chemicals using processes such as: Milling, Blending, Mixing, Slurrying, Fluid Bed and Controlled Particle Drying, Spray Granulation, Dry Filtering, Sifting, etc.
*** Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations.
*** Implement statistical process methods to verify control of batch and continuous processes.
*** Develop preliminary scope reports for new product considerations.
*** Collaboratively support capital from design to startup and assure manufacturability and operability.
*** Monitor daily production quality.
*** Work with pilot plant team on resolution of quality issues.
*** Propose, implement and validate process changes to solve quality non-conformances.
*** Maintain and enforce air quality and environmental program.
