Quality Lab Internship / Co-op (6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT, MUST BE AVAILABLE MAY/JUNE THROUGH DECEMBER 2017)
The Quality Laboratory is looking for an intern for 6 months to assist in the analysis of ingredients, in-process samples and finished product analysis. Responsibilities will include physical, chemical, microbiological analysis and flavor and appearance evaluations. Individual must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment on various shifts. The individual will work closely with Quality and Operations to investigate and solve issues and provide ideas for continuous improvement.
The candidate should have the following qualifications:
Candidate must be in process of Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Microbiology
