Reporting to the Vice President of Quality, the Manager of Quality is responsible for the daily activities of the quality management department, the performance improvement programs, and leading others towards full compliance with all accreditation and licensure standards at all times in conjunction with the VP of Quality and the Executive Team.
* Current Florida RN license
* BSN required; Master s Degree strongly preferred
* CPHQ certification preferred
* 5+ years of progressive healthcare experience in an acute care setting
* 2 or more years of experience focusing on Quality Management and performance improvement
* Thorough knowledge of quality management practices, core measures, hospital policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
