Job Description

Join a manufacturer of powdered chemicals and lead the development of qualitysystems for existing plant as well as new production facilities.


*** Monitor and improve processes and qualitysystems.

*** Maintain conformance to ISO standards.

*** Lead customer complaint investigations.

*** Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

*** Develop and manage internal audit program.

*** Contribute to and support efforts to align specifications to process capabilities.

*** Oversee calibration of critical lab and production equipment.

*** Administer records of IQ, OQ and PQ.


*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering field

*** Exposure to chemical batch processes (milling, blending, slurrying, spray granulation, filtering, etc)

*** Experience developing quality programs for New Product, New Specifications and Technology Transfer projects including developing quality processes, forms, and work instructions and training production staff in those procedures.
