Senior Project Manager, Quality and Patient Safety

The Senior Project Manager, Quality and Patient Safety will provide planning and coordination of resources and tasks, and take the necessary steps to assist member hospitals with clinical quality improvement initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Provide day-to-day clinical project management.
Foster and drive communications among all stakeholders, including quality team members.
Coordinate clinical quality-related meetings, including logistics planning and agenda setting.
Compile and organize data collected from clinical quality workgroups and collaborative meetings.
Serve as liaison for activities between the organizations workgroups, steering committees and quality improvement initiatives.
Lead various projects and carry out specific research, analytical and/or group facilitation functions.
Present project updates as requested.
Assist other department staff members as needed.
Skills Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of work experience in clinical project management, including program planning and evaluation.
Experience in an administrative or leadership role in a health care setting preferred and within a hospital setting is strongly desired.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong group leadership and organizational skills.
Innovative thinking, facilitation, and consensus building skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team.
Ability to analyze and present data and program information, orally and in writing in non-technical language.
