The primary function of this position is to support the
Trending team, consisting of two Sr Business Analysts and a Sr Manager, in the
collection, analysis and reporting of complex data sets. The mission of Trending
is to provide in-depth analysis to issues impacting our members and
stakeholders and deliver a tool set to our cross-functional partners to
minimize service failures.
* Support the
Trending team in the collection, assimilation, interpretation and analysis of
multi-source issue tickets.
* Streamline and
categorize the data to develop graphical reports and slide decks to be shared
with cross-functional senior leaders in a weekly meeting.
processes for reporting and deep-dive analysis on specific service issues
* Track open
actions and deadlines to report on internal team metrics
* Ensure adherence
to quality standards and reviews project deliverables from a business
* Bachelor s degree in business, engineering or related field.
* 2-5 years relevant experience, 3 years experience in technical writing, document management and exposure to process improvement methodologies in an Operations environment, preferably in transactional, high volume, and high mix environment preferred.
skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
Familiarity with analysis and reporting systems (RSAM, Tableau, Pulse, etc.) preferred
experience in the pharmaceutical, PBM or Healthcare Industry highly preferred
Ability to work with
cross functional groups
Proven ability to
manage timelines and balance multiple deadlines
Ability to adapt
to a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions
communication and presentation skills
