* Responsible for promoting quality throughout the company, implementing and leveraging the Quality Management Systems (QMS) at all levels of the organization. Evaluates strategies, policies, processes and procedures as part of the management system. Promotes a Quality Culture, supports initiatives that drive on-going process improvement, facilitating changes to the quality strategy into the business. Must be the primary interface, owning and managing the local implementation of the HP Quality Management System / GMP. Maintains and implements certification coverage ensuring on-going compliance to HP standards and external certification. Analyzes data, identifies trends and use statistics ensuring the processes meet HP business and customer needs. Promotes understanding of the processes required for fulfillment of customer satisfaction and contractual commitments. Uses improvement methodologies to provide leadership to support business performance.GMP Compliance Assurance role, In support of GSB growth (Secondary Food Packaging Applications) - Quanta Ink. Responsible for the Design, Implementation , Deployment and ongoing Monitoring of Quanta Inks - GMP processes/quality requirements / protocols. Also, this resource will be responsible to communicate GMP related issues / analysis to stakeholders; provides tangible feedback and proposes changes to business processes and policies to improve quality and minimize risk of failures.Education and Experience* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or manufacturing-related engineering discipline or equivalent* Minimum 6-10 years experience Knowledge and Skills* Extensive experience with using engineering tools, automation, and software packages to design and automate manufacturing processes.* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.* Conducting reviews of material specifications and hardware and electrical component design* Evaluating forms of empirical analysis, modeling and methodologies to validate manufacturing process and tooling design and specifications* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.* Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or manufacturing-related engineering discipline or equivalent. Preferred Chemical or Industrial engineering background.* Works with minimum supervision.* Ability to manage multiple priorities.* Ability to handle pressure.* Interacts with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers and Program Core Teams.* Collaborates with peers, junior engineers, technicians, and external and internal manufacturing and design partners.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.* Good team working and communication skills.* Leads a project requiring manufacturing engineering development.* Using empirical analysis, modeling and methodologies to validate manufacturing process and tooling design and specifications.* Ink manufacturing processes knowledge desire.* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.* Using engineering tools and software packages to design and automate manufacturing processes.* At least 5 years experience in manufacturing is required.*
