RCM Analyst

Performing analyses as required with assistance and effectively using NAVAIR software to document RCM analyses, drafting reports, papers, and presentations on results of RCM analyses, performing basic statistical and cost analyses, participating in RCM system expert team meetings and interviews. Education: A Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years experience or equivalent professional work experience. In lieu of a degree, (6) years of equivalent professional work related experience is required. Experience: Experience in aviation maintenance with exposure to aircraft, aircraft systems, ground support equipment, trend analysis or reliability analysis. Candidate shall have a working knowledge of MRC decks, aircraft maintenance plans, aircraft maintenance and systems. Familiarity with IRCMS reliability software, Computerized Optimization Model for Predicting and Analyzing Support Structures (COMPASS) software or any/all phases of Design Interface Maintenance Planning is highly desired. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to collect, sort and analyze various qualitative and quantitative data. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Planning, PMIC s, MRC decks, CNAF 4790.2, aircraft maintenance plans, aircraft maintenance and systems. The candidate will be expected to be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of software tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) training is considered a definite plus, but is not required.
