FULL TIME MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree with one (1) year of work experience in recovery environment or High School diploma or GED equivalent and three (3) years experience in recovery environment. Must have a valid driver s license, good driving record and be insurable under the Center s policy. Must have the ability to engage professionally with clients and family members. Must understand and be able to perform in a Trauma informed environment
JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Create and maintain monthly tech schedule and provide coverage when needed. Facilitate recovery groups at the recovery tech level. Serve as tech coordinator to train recovery tech staff with trauma informed and evidenced based interventions. Fills out all FMLA for the MD and nursing staff in order to submit in a timely manner. Maintain Kronos timekeeper duties. Act as a liaison with staffing solutions in order to cover any unplanned staffing issues on nights and weekends. Take and record Vital signs as needed. Transport clients when needed for adjunctive services. Conduct program activities in an individual and/or group basis as needed and related to coordinating nursing responsibilities. Assist/accompany patients for ADL s as needed (bathe, dress, meals, etc.). Answer phones and relay messages as requested in a professional manner. Perform errands on and off campus for nursing and patients as needed. Aid Physician is completion all outside client forms including disability applications and FMLA forms. Assist Nursing and treatment team in maintaining charts according to LCI policy and Friary procedures. Monitor patients as needed throughout shift. Administer on-site BAC, UDS and HCG and accurately interpret results. Maintain timely and accurate documentation including release of information and other Friary forms. Uses work time for the good of LCI, its patients and staff. Participate and encourage staff in participation in bright ideas . Aid in transfer of all MAR information at the end of each month. Coordinate audit and record documentation with Records Supervisor. Aid nursing staff with up dating training requirements in order to remain in compliance with all required training.
