You will serve as the primary subject matter expert on digital marketing and digital customer experiences to Regional Bank (RB) marketing strategists and Line of Business leadership to demonstrate channel?s ability to drive revenue, servicing and optimal omni-channel customer experiences. Engage with RB marketing strategists to understand business priorities and objectives in order to translate those into digital marketing and customer experience opportunities. This would include playing a key role in a redesign of the Public Site as well as well as leading the effort to keep the site relevant to its different client constituencies. You will also collaborate closely with Digital Content Marketing, Digital Channels, and ITG on the implementation of web marketing, tools, account lead gen/opening. Key contributor to long term RB marketing strategy development, annual planning processes, as well as opportunity identification and development. Interface with analytics and research teams to drive learning agenda to meet current and future digital marketing business needs, competitive understanding, marketplace trends and ensure analytical support to frame business issues, scorecards and BAU metrics for all areas of responsibility DUTIES:Digital Marketing Programs Lead the translation of business objectives/strategies/goals into fresh, effective digital marketing plans, driving creative/content development and distribution plans.
