This position can be based anywhere in the continental United States. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Under the direction of the North American Field Operations Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to selling/enhancing Biologics Delivery Systems market share position regionally, acting as a technical resource for physician's and clinical staff, working with the physicians one-on-one, and trouble shooting customer relationships. Other duties may be assigned.Sales Presentations to physicians, staff & administrationDetermine customer financial needs, e.g. capital sale or lease type+Proposal presentations to physicians & administrationNegotiate terms & conditionsInteracting with JJFC & BWI customer serviceClose saleNOGA XP & catheter forecastingField inventory managementConduct site evaluationCommunicate with technical service the pre-site evaluationCoordinate the schedule to ensure system is shippedSchedule installation with BWI tech services & customerSystem installationSchedule & coordinate Physician & staff trainingParticipate in didactic & wet lab (2 day) physician & staff trainingCommunicate cases to North American Field Operations ManagerCase support includes staff training for those not attending EthiconSchedule physician visits when there are no casesParticipate in weekly conference calls with North American Field Manager updating regional field activities for the week & inventoryProvide detailed regional monthly report to North American Field Operations ManagerMonitors and executes control of BDS Eastern Regional Field budget and expenses.Prepares and delivers detailed reporting of Eastern Regional Field Operations activity in a timely fashion as directed by the North American Field Operations ManagerCollaborates with the North American Field Operations Manager, to ensure open communication and coordination of field clinical support and training efforts.Collaborates with the North American Field Operations Manager, to ensure appropriate coordination and resourcing of Professional Education assets.Collaborates with the North American Field Operations Manager for developing strategies and goals to support the regional goals of the company.Thinks analytically to understand situations, and acts decisively in setting clear priorities, maintaining focus and composure in uncertain circumstancesDemonstrates high organizational skills and sound judgment in all functionsResponsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to North American Field Operations Manager.Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance. Manage assign budget based on establish company policies and guidelines.QualificationsEducation and/or Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent; BS in life sciences preferred. Advanced training or experience in the therapeutic franchise. 6-8 years total work experience, preferably in related areas (scientific Liaison, medical communication, CRA, clinical research, academic position in health science research).
