opportunity for a full time Registered Nurse at our
Rolling Hills Hospital facility located in Franklin,
Tennessee. At Rolling Hills Hospital, we offer
behavioral health services for Adolescents, Adults,
Adults with dual diagnoses, and Older Adult/Geriatrics.

At Rolling Hills Hospital, our nursing staff provide
direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and
treatment team. The Registered Nurse provides medical
management and assessment of patients and directs the
implementation of behavior management programs to ensure
consistent carry-through, safety, and crisis management
for our patient population. The Registered Nurse
documents patient care and ensures accurate information
is included in the master treatment plan.
This position will require three 12 hour shifts/week
(7-7), and rotating weekends.
Requirements:
Purpose:
Provide direct patient care as prescribed by the
physician and treatment team. Provide medical management
and assessment of patients. Ensure environmental safety
and crisis management for the patient population. Direct
the implementation of behavior management programs and
ensure consistent carry-through. Make patient & task
assignments to subordinates & monitor their performance
of duties. Provide training & education to staff,
patients, families, & others. Document patient care;
ensure that data is accurate, & that it is included in
the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan
updates. Work with the treatment team to provide a
consistently therapeutic milieu.
Education/Training:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Licensure/Certification:
Current Tennessee State Registered Nurse License
Current CPR Certification
CPI Certification
Experience:
One year inpatient psychiatric experience with adults
and adolescents preferred.
