We are seeking a Reliability Engineer.

Responsibilities:
• Provides engineering support to maintenance and/or production personnel to resolve chronic equipment related issues to maximize equipment availability, safety and productivity.
• Work will include facilitation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), development of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) plans, assist in the development and implementation of reliability plans for each major piece of equipment, and assist in data collection of equipment failures.
• Supervising the vibration analysts group (8 employees) and leading the future development of that group.
• The reliability program includes vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound. The electrical reliability program includes motor repairs, motor circuit analysis, and thermography.
• Work execution is mostly self-directed. Specific projects and tasks are outlined by supervisor and checked for completion. Projects may require working independently or as part of a team.
• This role reports to the Reliability Superintendent and impacts the profitability of the facility.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.

Basic Qualifications
• 5 or more years maintenance experience in manufacturing
• 2 or more years experience with implementing reliability centered maintenance practices

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities:
• Root Cause Analysis facilitation
• Ability to apply and teach Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) concepts
• Vibration Analysis experience (preferred)
• Tissue paper converting equipment experience (preferred)
• Analytical and field troubleshooting skills
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance concepts
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PC skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Experience with CMMS programs and ability to learn new computer software programs
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and lead teams
