Job Description
Located in the heart of the city, this highly-rated steakhouse is seeking a motivated and experienced general manager to run the restaurant and bar as part of a well-known hotel operator. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in running front-of-the-house activities, as well as guest contact skills. Marketing experience with media and community sources is expected. Knowledge of wine and wine promotions in an upscale environment is required. Prefer management experience in a free-standing restaurant or within a hotel.
