Responsibilities for the Restaurant General Manager:
* Deliver revenues and profits by developing, marketing
* Provide appealing restaurant service
* Oversee the selection, development and performance management of employees
* Oversee the inventory and ordering of food, beverage, and supplies
* Optimizes profits while ensuring that guests are satisfied with their dining and entertainment experiences.
* Reports directly to the Managing Partner Group.
Qualifications for the Restaurant General Manager:
* Previous Restaurant Management Experience
* A passion for the hospitality/restaurant industry
* Proven leadership skills and knowledge of the latest industry best practices.
* Candidate should be imaginative, self-motivated and able to work autonomously while adhering to set company business constraints.
* Ability to create a culture of exceptional service, accountability, high energy, transparency and consistency (from front of the house to back of the house).
The hours for the Restaurant General Manager posiitons vary but the most demand is for weekends and evenings. Pay for this position is $48,000.00 a year plus bonus.
